12) How to Make Chicken Roasted
Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 tablespoon tamarind water (1 teaspoon of tamarind and 1 tablespoon water)
16 grains of red onion, sliced
400 ml coconut milk from half coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 stalks lemongrass, take the whiteness, and crushed
4 pieces of lime leaves and discard the bones
2 bay leaves
1/2 tablespoon of salt

Subtle Seasonings:

Procedure:
1. Marinate chicken with tamarind water and salt. Let it for 30 minutes.
2. Saute ground spices, onion, lemon grass, lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant.
3. Pour the coconut milk. Stir well. Put the chicken, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Cook until done and seasonings thickened.
4. Grilled chicken and occasionally in spread with remaining seasoning until cooked.
5. Onion seasoning grilled chicken ready to serve.
