8) How to Make Onigiri


Rice Ingredients :

250 grams of rice
25 grams of glutinous
600ml of chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar

Content Ingredients :

100 grams cob, steamed, and shredded
2 tablespoons of chili sauce

Material of eggs :

1 egg
1/8 teaspoon of pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon of salt

Supplementary material :

1 cucumber, seeded, and cut into small squares
1 sheet nori and cut into 2 x 6 cm
25 grams of garlic, roasted, and peeled

How to Make :

1. Mix the rice and glutinous. Simmer the broth and salt. Enter mix rice and glutinous. Cook while stirring frequently until the broth is absorbed. Steam with the medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked. Lift.
2. Enter the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well and set aside.
3. Stir the ingredients of eggs, fried eggs in a pan, then roll, and cut into pieces.
4. Take 80 grams of rice. Lump and flatten. Put a piece of egg and prepare the cob, cucumbers, and slice garlic. Lumps and makes into triangular shape.
