LETTER OF INQUIRY
Def:
            A letter sent buy a candidate buyer to ask some information about the product that he/she would like to buy.
          To get the information, the buyer usually will ask a catalogue.
A catalogue is a product list which describe the product specification together with the prices
n  Two kinds of inquiry letter:
          Routine Inquiry
          First Inquiry
          It can be written in a letter or in a postcard.
